Delete GoSolo Account & Personal Data
Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion
If you have the GoSolo World app installed on your Android device, you can delete your account instantly:
- Open the GoSolo World app.
- Tap your Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- Tap the Settings icon (gear icon in the top corner).
- Scroll down and select Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision. Your account and content are immediately deleted from active systems.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request (Without Installing App)
In compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, users who no longer have the app installed or prefer a web-based request can submit a deletion request below:
You can also send an email directly to gosolo.world@gmail.com with the subject Delete my GoSolo account from your registered email address.
Data Retention and Deletion Scope

| Device Tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens) | Immediately invalidated and removed. |
| Server Access Logs | Anonymized logs retained for security and fraud prevention for up to 90 days, then purged automatically. |
Processing Timeline
Web and email deletion requests are processed by our team within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your account data has been wiped.
